AFFIL - Non Physician - $80.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Affiliate membership with the American College of Surgeons is required. Affiliate membership is available to the surgical team staff, including surgical and physician assistants, registered nurses, office managers, data registrars, medical association personnel, residency program coordinators, non-surgeon physicians, PhDs, and more.

AFFIL - Physician Non-Surgical - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Affiliate membership with the American College of Surgeons is required. Affiliate membership is available to the surgical team staff, including surgical and physician assistants, registered nurses, office managers, data registrars, medical association personnel, residency program coordinators, non-surgeon physicians, PhDs, and more.

Associate Fellow - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Associate members shall be members of the American College of Surgeons, graduates of an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical schools in the United States, Canada, or international country, have completed residency training, and have been in practice for less than six (6) years, apply for membership in the Chapter and agree to comply with its bylaws and payment of annual dues. Associate Fellows have not yet applied for Fellowship in the American College of Surgeons.

Fellow - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Active members shall be Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) residing or practicing in metropolitan Philadelphia for a minimum of one-year, be board certified, apply for membership in the Chapter and agree to comply with its bylaws and payment of annual dues.

Medical Student - Variable Subscription period: Unlimited Membership in the American College of Surgeons is required. Medical Student Membership is available to students currently enrolled in an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school in the United States, Canada, and international countries.

Resident - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Membership in ACS is required. Resident membership is available to surgical residents who are currently enrolled in an accredited training program focused on one of the 13 surgical specialties, as well as those who have completed an initial residency and are currently involved in surgical research or a surgical fellowship.
