SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

The Councils of the Keystone and Metropolitan Philadelphia Chapters hereby announce a Special Membership Meeting for the purpose outlined below. As a member of the Chapters, your attendance is requested at this meeting.

PURPOSE: In order to proceed with the merger of the Chapters, a special meeting of the membership to review the Plan of Merger is required by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. The February 10, 2026 Special Meeting will provide details of this Plan and a request for voting by the membership to proceed.
