2024 MPACS-PAS Annual Joint Dinner Meeting

Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • Active member of MPACS Chapter and/or ACS
  • Associate Fellow membership in MPACS and/or ACS
  • Member of Philadelphia Academy of Surgery, but not a member of MPACS.
  • Resident member of MPACS and/or ACS.
  • Current Medical Student and member of MPACS and/or ACS
  • Not a current member of MPACS, ACS, or PAS
  • Non-physician member of MPACS, ACS, or PAS
  • Institutions can opt to purchase a full table for the event. Seating for up to 10 attendees per table. Attendee list and payment must be submitted to info@mp-acs.org not later than September 18, 2024.
  • Resident that is not a current MPACS or ACS active member.
  • Medical Student that is not a current active member of MPACS and/or ACS.



Pre-Registration Required - No Walk-In's or Onsite Registration

Deadline to Register is September 18, 2024

Tables Seat 10 Attendees Only. If you require additional seats you will need to purchase a second table.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE: Your registration has been confirmed upon receipt of the required registration form. Payment must be received prior to September 18. 2024. If you need to cancel, email the MPACS Chapter office at info@mp-acs.org. Your registration fee will be refunded in full if cancellation notification is received before September 5, 2024. Cancellation requests made between September 5-10, 2024, will incur a $150 processing fee.
NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED AFTER SEPTEMBER 10,
2024.

NO-SHOW POLICY: PAYMENT IS EXPECTED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
