Exhibit Table at Annual Joint Dinner Meeting ($2,000):
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of exhibit space for the Annual Joint Dinner meeting must be presented to MPACS in writing. If cancellation is received on or before May 8, 2020, the exhibitor will receive a full refund less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be processed on cancellations received after May 8, 2020. Exhibitors who cancel may not transfer or assign exhibit space.
Standards for Commercial Support: Exhibitor understands and agrees to follow the policies of the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support of Continuing Medical Education in support of the MPACS & PAS 2020 Joint Dinner Meeting. Exhibitor understands and recognizes that, by accepting the purchase of exhibit space, the Metropolitan Philadelphia Chapter American College of Surgeons is in no way endorsing products or services offered by this company. Exhibitor also agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
